class=\"layoutArea\"><div class=\"column\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\">En 2024 Emerbask puso en marcha su I Plan de Igualdad, en el marco de lo establecido en la Ley Orga\u0301nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo,<br \/>para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, y del Real Decreto 901\/2020, de 13 de octubre, que regula los planes de igualdad y su registro El Plan se articula en torno a los siguientes ejes:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022<strong>Seleccio\u0301n y contratacio\u0301n:<\/strong> garantizar la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres en todas las a\u0301reas y procesos de la empresa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022<strong>Formacio\u0301n, informacio\u0301<\/strong><strong>n y sensibilizacio\u0301n en igualdad<\/strong> y creacio\u0301n de una cultura de empresa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022<strong>Condiciones de trabajo<\/strong> y retribucio\u0301n.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022Violencia de ge\u0301nero y otras situaciones de especial proteccio\u0301n: implantar <strong>medidas contra el acoso sexual y la violencia de ge\u0301nero.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022<strong>Transversalidad de ge\u0301nero<\/strong> a todas las poli\u0301ticas y decisiones de la
